AS 1.28 some clerics have 9999 Scrolls of certain spells?

I was doing last night another (Failed btw) run of my challenge, and I found 3 clerics (Specially the one with the wolf in the bay town that sells true resurrection) having an inventory of 9999 scrolls? Was like this before? I had to change my own limitations to not buy from these clerics as it would ruin everything. But I think the last run was in 1.27, And I don't remember these clerics to have such amount of scrolls.

Hi, well it's not really 9999 but an infinite amount. It just means that the cleric won't run out of certain basic spells. Yes I think it was like that from before.
