During the Great Gnoll Ambush, where you are stunned and entangled in the first turn whilst your enemies all turn into buffed Giant Spiders, except for the snipers, I tried to cast Burning Hands to free myself from the webs. I could not, because I didn't have a target. IMO, a spell like this with a multi-square area of effect should be allowed regardless of whether any enemies are nearby.

I also tried Dispel Magic on the entrance of the Hill Giant Fortress. It would be nice if there was some kind of game response that it didn't work.
