Also: It's quite hard to figure out what spell removes what condition or protects against what. Would it be possible to get the description of spells extended, so for example, Confusion would have a small piece of text taht says "The effect can be removed by <heal>", etc?

Against a medusa petrification gaze, you can protect with darkness or blindness. If it's a breath attack, there's no spell to protect.

Yes, but I think this information is already given in the help entries, at least for some effects.
