EXITING Mountain Pass (spoilers)

In the Mountain Pass I fell through a floor and found myself in an ambush.

Following the ambush I engaged in a number of battles, conserving spells as I found no resting locations and ultimately killing a dragon along with his henchpeople.

I seem to have completely cleared the area.

However, I have found no means of escape. I am trapped, although there seems to be nothing left to fight.

At the initial ambush location I found a note indicating that I should follow the exit marked by the skeleton, or some such, but that has not proven helpful.

I have tried using the spell which brings up the travel map, but it fizzles in my current location.

Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a secret door on the upper right side of the room in which you fought the dragon.

I had walked around that room a number of times, hoping to find a secret door, and somehow had kept missing it.

I found it.

I had also looked through the out-of-combat commands searching for a "search" command to cause the party to search for secret doors (and found none).
