Half plate currently gives AC 7, and doesn't allow any Dex AC bonus. It also has AP 7 and SF 40.
Full plate gives AC 8, allows 1 Dex AC bonus, and has reduced AP (6) and SF (35).

Looks like a bug to me. Shouldn't it be vise versa with Dex AC, AP and SF?

Full plate costs a lot more and is supposed to be a better suit of armour than the half plate.
