There's several layers to the lot of it, but as per my limited understanding---almost certainly looks to go further than the OGL on at least a few fronts. Could it be that D&D on the whole can finally enter into an even better, actually somewhat sensible, age than the likes of the OGL and the various bizarre/complicated arrangements that led to the various cRPGs over the years?
Plus, you know, the entirely unprecedented action of making the entire sum of Birthright essentially Public Domain as opposed to even "just" open content.
