vanishing sword: goblins added to team but not formation

The 4 goblins were dominated by psyonicist skill.
In my previous attempt, they were add-able in the formation menu.
In this run, they didn't appear in that screen (i only have 4 additional NPC: barbarian, monk (from inn), and the 2 from the cave with fire vs ice battle).
They still wander with me (under the token of my own characters).
Now fight with the kobold like creatures, they are displayed on the ground but are not displayed in the action bar.
That shouldn't happen, I think.
