Bonuses to "spell penetration" do not work

Hi,

This wizard has multiple items for spell penetration:

inventory:

> robe:

> ring:

Level of the wizard is 20:

So my "basic" total should be:
20 (level) + 2 (feat) + 2 (feat) +4 (ring) +2 (robe) = 30 minimum

However log say:

Wow, where did you even see that?! I've been trying to figure out how to check my spell penetration but have no clue how!

I've just fixed it for version 1.39.

After casting a spell on a target that has Spell Resistance, you'll be able to display your caster's Spell Penetration bonuses by clicking on the caster level check in the combat log.
