[bug]drink from pool=daily power regained but lose day effec

When you drink from the pool in the first map, you gain hp and daily powers but you also lose day effect.
It doesn't seem right to lose day effect (such as water breathing from earlier potion used to go fight the sharkmen) when you are only drinking a potion.
If time passes, then 1drink should mean rest for everyone. Since it's not the case, i call it a bug.
