My caster can't cast spell through it to hit the queen. To me, it seems normal.

But the invisible stalker could attack the spider queen...

So what it's a wall for some people only?

And one round later: the queen can cast spell through that wall. So fun

I'll do some tests, but normally the spider queen shouldn't be able to move onto those cave wall squares except in very special circumstances.

The way she's positioned on the picture, she has one square right on the edge of the wall, so she's straddling the wall, meaning that the wall is not blocking her and the invisible stalker can target her.

Your characters can also target her but if you're doing it with a bow or a ranged-touch spell, the arrow path or spell path mustn't go through a wall square, that's probably why you couldn't target her. Cheers
