OK, I know this may be regarded as heresy here, but I am going to make a request regarding the graphics...
I understand the that because you're a small development studio that concessions were made in the graphics dept. to limit them to 320x240. Before anyone resorts to calling me a graphics whore, I have played the demo I love the gameplay of KotC, and found the experience enjoyable.
That said, I was wondering if you have considered allowing the user the option to apply an hq2x or hq3x filter to the graphics. Here is a link for those who don't know what I'm talking about:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pixel_art_scaling_algorithmsHave you tried using one of these filters yet? If so, how did it look?
Regardless of if you ever implement an hqnx filter or not, I will get around to buying this game sometime. However, as university starts again for me again in less than 2 days now, I'm not sure how bad my work load will be just yet (senior year for a science degree). Hopefully, my work load won't be that bad so I can buy KotC soon and have some old school cRPG goodness on the weekends without affecting my studies too much.
