How the hell do I open that door? I suspect that "the lips, only in the end" means that this can only be done at the end of the game? If so, that's a bit "out of character", isn't it? [unless I'm wrong, but I can't seem to open it]

You get a coded note that tells you how to open the door when you need to. I haven't tried to open it earlier in the game.

Do you have the cryptic scroll in your inventory?
