How do you enchant weapons?

How do you enchant weapons in this game? Do you go to a specific menu? I just want to enchant a weapon for my fighter with a enhancement but have no clue what to do from here. I cant believe that Ive played this game and not once used this feature, lol.

You need a wizard or cleric with the feat Craft Magic Weapons. Then you go to their inventory screen and click 'Craft'.
