BUG: Amenoptes (Evil cleric) doesn't test for silence?

I wonder if anyone has seen the following bug, or if I'm missing something?

Cast silence, beat up on cleric badly. Cleric 5 steps and casts cure serious wounds without leaving the zone. Cleric doesn't have silent spell and cure spells have verbals.

It seems like a hard-coded "emergency measure" that the AI took when he saw he was getting low on HP. I'm hoping this is unique to this character. Provided a few screenshots below.

Thank you for the bug report, claiminglight. Looks like the AI didn't check for being silenced in this particular instance.
I have a list of all the reported bugs and eventually they will get fixed.
