Returning the Chalice

Hello, apologies if this is answered somewhere, but I cannot find it. Where is the Chalice located? It seems that I have only the final battle before me and I have cleared all other locations, but have not found the Chalice.

Hello moredread, the Chalice is in the Cursed Tower, where you have the defeat the immortal lich. It is held by a powerful Balor and it's an optional quest.
